Omniscope gives business users the ability to import a relatively large dataset into memory, explore it using a variety of filtering and visualization techniques (without the need for involvement by IT staff), and then create and send an Omniscope file to others, who can use a free viewer (rather like the Adobe Reader) to analyse the data as they wish.

All the navigable data is compressed inside the file, so users can search and filter data interactively, with an option for data refreshment over the Web. As such, Omniscope offers a way to deliver interactive BI analysis capabilities to non-analysts inside, and to business partners or customers outside, the organization both cost-effectively and securely.
